Pre-order timing

A paid or COD reservation holds your size. It does not mean a shirt leaves tomorrow. Estimated ship window is about 3–4 weeks after production starts. We will write when the batch is packed.

After a shirt is packed, we ship across Pakistan. Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad / Rawalpindi usually take 2–5 working days with the courier. Other cities typically take 3–7 working days. Remote areas can take longer.

Checkout offers cash on delivery, Meezan IBFT, and JazzCash. IBFT and JazzCash hold the pre-order once we confirm the screenshot. COD is collected when the courier delivers — still after production, not next-day.

What we send

Each shirt ships folded, with a simple size note. You will get an update when the pre-order is packed and when the courier is assigned. Tracking depends on the courier we use for that batch.

Exchanges

If the size is off, we will exchange it. You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange, as long as the shirt is unworn, unwashed, and has its tags.

Size exchanges are the default for the eight launch SKUs. Custom shirts are cut to the measurements you entered — we cannot exchange those for a different body spec the same way. A refund or remake can still be offered if the shirt arrived damaged or we cut it wrong. For a change of mind, return shipping is usually paid by the buyer. If we sent the wrong item or a defect, we cover the return.

How to start a return

Message us with your order number, the SKU, and the size you need (or the custom measurements if it was a made-to-measure shirt). We will share a return address and the next step. Do not send a shirt back before you hear from us — it is easier to lose in transit.

What we cannot take back

Worn, washed, stained, or altered shirts. Items returned after 14 days, unless they arrived damaged. This is a draft — tighten it once legal and operations review it.
